If a paid Cold Kiln product is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will provide one, no questions asked.
Renewals are refundable within 7 days of the charge if the service has not been materially used in that period. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period, with no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
One-off document packages are refundable within 14 days if the generated output is defective or unusable for its stated purpose.
Email support@coldkiln.com from the address used at purchase. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record, Paddle, to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
